Ten function rooms range from the Boardroom’s with Seating for ten to the Conference Center which can host receptions of up to 860, the largest hotel meeting facility on the Island. ISLA GRAND BEACH RESORT GRAND BALLROOM
Grand Ballroom – 2nd Floor
This 6,000 sq ft room can accommodate the big wedding reception or large conference. This room can be set up to fit a large dance floor, stage, or screen. The Grand ballroom divides into 2 or 4 to accommodate smaller meetings if necessary.
TOWER BALLROOM
Tower Ballroom – 2nd Floor
Boasting over 3,000 sq ft of meeting space the Tower Ballroom can be used for the medium sized wedding or meeting with a more intimate feel. This room can accommodate a small dance floor with plenty of room for guest. The Tower ballroom can be separated into 3 separate rooms for smaller meeting set-ups.
CONFERENCE ROOM
Conference Room – 1st Floor
This is the perfect location for a small to medium business meeting with plenty of space to move around. Can be set up with screen and projector for presentations.
BOARDROOM
Boardroom – First Floor
Business Class at it is the best. This room is previously set for 10 to be the perfect executive meeting space for customers or face to face instruction. Internet ready, visual tools (white card) and additional sofas for a more relaxed meeting too. It is the perfect place to host during your large conference or seminars.
SANDBAR COURTYARD
SandBar Courtyard – Beachfront
This 13,000 sq ft courtyard can accommodate big wedding receptions, quinceñeras, company parties or large conferences. This beachfront courtyard includes a large stage, outdoor bar and four 625 sq ft umbrellas to protect your guests from the elements . The SandBar Courtyard can be rearranged to fit parties of all sizes.

A personal event coordinator will be assigned to plan and execute every detail of your meeting or banquet with absolute professionalism and efficiency.
The Isla Grand Beach Resort works with E & F Audio Visual Services to provide equipment to rent; such as projectors and accessories, multi-image equipment, screens, video equipment, audio equipment, walkie-talkies, headset intercom systems, ZOOM meetings, flip chart easel with pads, markers, masking tape, whiteboards with dry-erase markers, and labor for a two-hour minimum setup and takedown. An audio-visual technician is available with a four-hour minimum. Price list available upon request.
